The terms governing your use of Tally Insight software and services.
By purchasing a license or using Tally Insight ("Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and the operator of Tally Insight, a business entity in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one (1) Windows computer for the duration of your subscription. This license may not be sublicensed or resold.
You may not:
Subscriptions are annual. Payment is due in full at purchase. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — the Software stops functioning upon expiry. Your local data is retained and resumes upon renewal.
Refund policy: We offer a 7-day refund if the Software does not function on your machine and support cannot resolve it. Refunds are not available after 7 days, after activation, or after company selection is confirmed.
Company selection at activation is permanent and cannot be changed after confirmation. Contact support if a change is required — this may be treated as a paid support service.
Each license is bound to one machine. One machine transfer is permitted per subscription year at no charge. Contact support for transfers.
When a new version is published, the older version may be retired after a minimum 7-day notice. After the retirement date, the older version stops functioning. Customers must update to maintain access.
The Software is provided "as is". Reports are derived from your Tally data — we are not responsible for errors from incorrect Tally entries. Business decisions based on these reports are the Customer's sole responsibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Questions: support@tallyinsight.com.
