Yes, at any time during or after your 7-day trial. Purchase the Professional plan and your existing data and machine binding carry over automatically — no need to start over.

We accept all major Indian payment methods via Razorpay — UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and EMI on eligible cards. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never store your card details.

Subscriptions are annual and do not auto-renew. You will receive a reminder email 30 days and 7 days before your expiry date. If you do not renew, the application stops working on the expiry date. Your local data is retained and resumes normally once you renew.

We offer a 7-day refund if the software does not work on your machine and our support team is unable to resolve it. Refunds are not available after 7 days of purchase or after the license has been activated and companies selected. If you have a pre-purchase question, we encourage you to download and test the trial before buying.

No. Each license is tied to one machine for security purposes. If you need to transfer to a new PC — for example if your hardware changes — contact our support and we will transfer the license. One machine transfer is permitted per subscription year at no extra charge.

Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is generated automatically after payment and sent to your registered email. If you need the invoice with your company's GSTIN, email us your GSTIN along with the payment reference and we will issue a revised invoice.
